Findings:
1. C2 reproduction is not pixel-identical. The uploaded seed-and-record.js and record-open-popover.js were evaluated through functions.exec against a fresh T3 home, T3CODE_DEV_SEED=0, the lead's unchanged native fixture and wrapper, and the audited checkout. Browser environment exactly matched the delivered metadata: fs-23 Linux x86_64, Chrome 156.0.0.0, DPR 2, viewport 1280x900, scale 1, root font 16px, dark, scroll 0/0, Date frozen at 2026-10-29T00:00:00Z, fonts loaded, reduced motion false. Final screenshot after 191349ms HTTP idle differs at 98/1152000 pixels; 94 exceed max-channel threshold 8, maximum channel delta 19. Bounds x=1176..1181,y=651..668 inclusive. The delivered scrollbar thumb extends lower than the rebuild. This is a geometry difference, not anti-aliasing. The message, popover, and all other pixels are identical. Both final rebuild stills are identical. Explain or eliminate the scrollbar discrepancy in the reproduction fixture; it is not evidence of a product regression.
2. C1/C2 do not satisfy the matrix's authenticated/ready fixture condition: every delivered screenshot and recording visibly says Not authenticated. Evidence.md honestly discloses this, but its claim 2/2 required rows captured is broader than the unchanged matrix. Revise the matrix explicitly to qualify this equivalence or provide the specified fixture. No need to broaden the 11 excluded rows.
3. Evidence.md's video timeline metadata does not describe the linked labelled MP4s. C1 labelled video duration is 28.115385s, C2 is 26.666667s. The quoted 26.339233s and 24.870433s durations belong to the raw videos. The click indicator appears about 1.5s, but the popover first becomes visibly present substantially later (see video-audit.json). Correct the narration to distinguish recorded click time from visible transition and use durations of linked media.

Coverage:
All 10 delivered PNGs opened and visually inspected: two raw captures, their two settled checks, two labelled sheets, two diffs, and two recording contact sheets. Both labelled and both raw recordings decoded and inspected across their timelines, with dense frame samples and mpdecimate-selected changing frames. Closed context, advisory click, fully readable terminal error, and sustained open state are shown. No duplicated or ghosted UI, stale application overlay, spinner/skeleton, blank region, or clipped failure text was seen. Existing status/path truncation and popover occlusion are shared baseline UI. The terminal after message includes the full ECONNREFUSED address and omits the doctor hint.

The delivered pair has correct revision labels and 1280x900 dark viewport. Both label sheets preserve raw app pixels exactly. Each delivered still matches its check1 pair exactly. Diff0 and DiffT8 match independent recomputation byte-for-byte after RGB conversion. Zero-threshold changes: 56326 pixels; >8 threshold: 21632; bounds x=773..1183,y=362..591 inclusive. The what-else-changed list agrees with both diffs and the code: changed warning paragraph, 2 to 5 lines, manual-update section displaced downward, expanded popover border/shadow. No unrelated application pixels changed between delivered before/after.

Row status:
C1 INSUFFICIENT: authenticated/ready fixture unmet; recording metadata inaccurate. Before doctor-hint behavior is clearly demonstrated.
C2 INSUFFICIENT: same fixture/timeline issues, plus non-AA reproduction delta. Corrected complete error is clearly demonstrated.

Owned browser tab closed and captured dev-server process group 1756113 stopped; ports 6804/14844 checked after shutdown. Lead worktree, .t3 and native fixture retained. Audit scratch removed after artifact upload. Private server startup log and fresh auth/state database are deliberately excluded from uploads.

FRICTION:
