# PASS2 round2 — read-only proof audit

All 19 matrix rows are **SUFFICIENT**, including publication. No code finding. Reviewed [#19794](https://git.cafe/pingdotgg/t3code/pulls/19794) replacement branch `takeover/19794-quota-pause-logs` at [bcfa2526f1](https://github.com/pingdotgg/t3code/commit/bcfa2526f1d8679836def5f834ba19bb1d414fdc), against [76da264a0c](https://github.com/pingdotgg/t3code/commit/76da264a0ccaeff5fa88bcb5cfada1be6ae320c4). This is the requested local replacement, not a claim that the contributor's remote branch has been updated.

Downloaded the [corrected index](https://gh-file-drop-api-prod-mi5fy3sowv63ufte.pinglabs.workers.dev/f/3e5700384221c68f/index-corrected.md) and all 50 linked artifacts: every byte matches the inspected local file. The supplied matrix also matches its public bytes. Independently checked 19 source pins against exact git objects and provenance hashes; all changed executable sources are covered. Read the complete 12-file diff, inspected the fixture/loader/runner dependencies, and rechecked all paired app/classifier records, including repeats.

**Publication correction verified.** [Before operations](https://gh-file-drop-api-prod-mi5fy3sowv63ufte.pinglabs.workers.dev/f/1b0d2a7058c4d66f/before-pr-operations.log) and [after operations](https://gh-file-drop-api-prod-mi5fy3sowv63ufte.pinglabs.workers.dev/f/c9f56d8c80e041dd/after-pr-operations.log) exactly reconstruct all 27 PR-operation records per revision from `all-app-records.json`. All startup output is omitted. Neither export contains a startup URL/token or terminal QR block. Scanned all 50 published contents for terminal QR blocks and actual token-bearing URLs; none found. Script regex literals were inspected as code, not mistaken for credentials. Both old full-console URLs and the old index independently return HTTP 404. This verifies current delivery/withdrawal, not deletion of copies previously downloaded by others.

Counts: 27 baseline WARN; final 21 INFO/6 WARN. Distinct pairs: 18, with final 14 INFO/4 unknown WARN. Every INFO has exactly one physical line, correct context and no stack. All 25 classifier pairs (50 records) have the expected payload; negative/compound/defect WARN payloads equal baseline. All nine complete persisted thread payloads match excluding only createdAt/updatedAt; references 41–44 remain, no settlement, and four run/session tables remain empty. Isolated SQLite opened read-only for comparison.

**Independent rebuild:** inspected then executed `python /tmp/pr19794/rebuild-one.py`, creating fresh `/tmp/ev-19794/after-pass2-7233a405f9`, with `T3CODE_DEV_SEED=0`, `--no-seed`, explicit home resolved to source `--base-dir`. Row19 produced settlement plus two startup discovery records. Compared each to delivered proof excluding only console timestamp/fiberId: **payload deltas [[], [], []]**. All nine normalized complete state payloads and run/session counts match: **state delta []**. Owned stub PID 1604666 and server PID 1604816 were stopped by captured process groups and awaited; both process paths are absent; ports 19793/19800/19801 bind successfully. No live userdata was read, copied or written.

What else changed: three catch log expressions use the helper; six forge hooks expose typed refusal metadata. Surrounding admission/retry/backfill/settlement behavior is unchanged in the full diff. Two test files add behavior coverage; no client/contract/provider execution changes. Server-only: UI, images, video and pixel deltas do not apply. No code edits, pushes, forge comments, watches or agents; checkout remains clean. PR registered with this thread.

No tests rerun on unchanged code. Delivered public scoped log proves 41 tests/3 files; the parent's later 42-test/lint/format/server-typecheck result and preexisting lint warning are supplied context, not independently rerun claims. This round independently ran `git diff --check`, which passed.

Limits: APP+STUB replaces PR-read dependencies, bypassing real forge HTTP/admission; typed Bitbucket stream failures are constructed. Real quota timing, external adapters and live quota remain unverified. No required matrix row remains unverified.

FRICTION: broad token scanning initially matched a sanitizer regex literal; inspected it and restricted the check to actual URL syntax. Reused the previous verifier only after inspection, updating publication paths and the fresh rebuild tag; no withdrawn artifact was treated as current proof.
