# PR 23970 — evidence repair pass 2

Supplied four passing tests and A+B round2 MERGE are prior context; no tests or new code review were run here.

This is synthetic real-server RPC-fixture web-client evidence. Native binary is absent. Authentication, schema encoders, WebSocket transport, query cache, components and navigation are real; there are no component mocks, DOM substitutions, masks or hidden pixel normalization. Responsive390px is web, not native mobile. Electron shell/native collector are not verified. Both web and desktop share the changed components. No server/provider/contracts/mobile implementation changes exist.

All nine still rows have BEFORE+AFTER at1440x1000 and390x844, DPR1, explicit light+dark:72/72 combinations. There are300 full tiled originals and300 settle mates,300/300 decoded-RGBA identical pairs separated by at least500ms;168 semantic crops;234 matched fresh pairs, each with zero-threshold RGB difference×8 and threshold max RGB delta>16 magenta-over25%-AFTER. Alpha changes are counted separately. Every fresh source and crop pair has both diff variants and stats. Tile0 is the viewport-context original; subsequent tiles cover the entire scrollable surface. Bounds use the union of each semantic section's BEFORE/AFTER document geometry, so layout movement is visible with identical coordinates. S0/S8 have no inapplicable monitor/history/retry crops.

- S0 COMPLETE: loaded composer on the same standalone synthetic Git project and fixed draft ID, identical project dates and zero working changes. All four matched original images are exactly zero-diff. An initial boot-splash take was rejected and overwritten by the loaded-workspace take; it is not canonical proof. The synthetic project has no launched provider turn or durable message thread; the draft ID is fixed across implementations.
- S1 COMPLETE: distinct failed telemetry/history read sentinels, empty data, all eight states.
- S2 COMPLETE: explicit server-held Retry, disabled Retry and both old errors, all eight states.
- S3 COMPLETE: successful Retry with empty data. BEFORE remains errored; AFTER clears both errors and is Native healthy, all eight states.
- S4 COMPLETE: successful Retry with populated data. BEFORE stays errored; AFTER shows12.5%,64MB,1 process,3 buckets, ev23970-worker, live tree and attribution, all eight states.
- S5 COMPLETE: rejected Retry preserves errors and re-enables Retry; stills are settled failure views. Timely real rejection toast is shown in canonical R2 and retained historical toast originals; it was not artificially held.
- S6 COMPLETE: actual stream emits populated unavailable snapshot, then explicit failStream latch fails it. Independent history first succeeds then a real history refresh fails. Both banners coexist with nonempty prior data, Native unavailable+lastError, Desktop only and unknown power, all eight states. BEFORE/AFTER resource controls are exact zero-diff.
- S7 COMPLETE: healthy known node-linux power, speed limit100%, populated rows and no Retry, all eight states. Fresh1440-light has25 zero-threshold pixels on the refresh icon, bbox[1368,149,1380,159], max channel delta12, zero threshold16 pixels; every other fresh S7 pixel is unchanged. This is disclosed, not normalized away. Retained original S7 monitor controls remain exact-zero proof. No claim that the historical full lower diagnostics surface was unchanged is made.
- S8 COMPLETE: actual restricted pairing scopes orchestration:read+access:read omit the resource panel, all eight states. Restricted tokens were minted last for each implementation, then full bootstrap-linked permissions restored. Auth sessions/tokens/storage are excluded from uploads.

Canonical recordings:13 raw WebMs+captioned MP4s, with matching JSON/SRT. BEFORE+AFTER R1 at1440-light/390-dark, R2 at1440-dark/390-light, R3/R4 at1440-light; AFTER R5 at1440-light.

- R1 COMPLETE: continuously mounted failed→held→success. AFTER both sentinel counts0 and healthy; BEFORE both remain1. Document identity identical, navigation listener empty. No manual Refresh/reload/remount during the flow.
- R2 COMPLETE: first command rejects with toast, errors retained and Retry enabled; second held command succeeds. AFTER telemetry and selected history recover, both sentinel counts0, and the history is scrolled into view in both required layouts. BEFORE keeps both errors. Document identities unchanged; navs empty.
- R3 COMPLETE: choose5m while15m Retry is held; AFTER selected5m clears before leaving it and originating15m also clears;30m/1h load. BEFORE5m/15m stay errored, while new30m/1h queries load. Real RPC environment/request/window keys and counts accompany each recording. The older failing AFTER5m proof is retained and explicitly historical.
- R4 COMPLETE: two real fresh synthetic homes, distinct environment IDs and server+web ports (A14973/6933, B15173/7133). B paired through its own web origin first, then added in A Connections. Held A Retry→B healthy37.5%/ev23970-B→owned blank-window focus-away/back→release A→B unchanged→return A. No B Retry exists in the correlated intervals. AFTER A has both errors0; BEFORE A telemetry remounts healthy but cached history remains errored. Scope changes are client route changes; document identity persists. The menu selection uses its menuitemradio DOM click because automatic scrolling displaced the popup; no content was modified.
- R5 COMPLETE: AFTER pending Retry→General→release→General's View diagnostics link. Same document identity; nav listener records only/settings/general and/settings/diagnostics client routes. No p.goto or reload occurs inside the recording. Reopened data is healthy, both sentinels0, restart toast0. The old reload-based recording is retained with accurate historical narration and is not substituted for this row.

Per-capture manifest records full source identity, instrumentation/fixture/control hashes, environment IDs, origin, dimensions/theme, source geometry and measured scrollTop including clamp, fonts and bounded asset readiness, decoded hashes and RPC seam context. Each video JSON includes environment/port map, exact source/harness/fixture hashes, control revisions and an interval of real RPC request keys (environment+request ID+timestamp, with history window/bucket). Browser is Linux/Chrome156/Playwright1.60, en-US/UTC, reduced-motion, Date-only fixed2026-10-23T12:00Z. Asset readiness excludes persistent WebSocket and held command; it is not an unbounded networkidle assertion.

The actual e340 production web overlay has an empty diff excluding the regression test. Entire web tree equals retained5bb54. Both retained baseline files match actual e340 bytes, with SHA256 proofs. Server production source is also unchanged between e340 and final head. The same fresh A/B homes were reused sequentially for BEFORE and AFTER to hold the synthetic workspace identity constant; A and B always remained distinct environments.

Retained valid originals are untouched at their original paths and original public URLs. Added retained-original-inventory.json accounts for all PNGs, including the six previously unlisted files. Retained semantic crops were regenerated from original tiles with documented document-coordinate union bounds/source hashes, both new diff variants and72 matched stats. Historical low diagnostic noise remains disclosed. Re-encoded historical R1-before390, all R2/R3, and R5 correct their captions while preserving raw originals. Canonical final-head paths were captured fresh. Encoded recordings were inspected using2fps whole-duration sheets and selected meaningful frames; historical repairs were checked at key transition frames. This is sampled-frame inspection, not a claim of examining every frame.

Source restored byte-for-byte, clean status at final head, no push/merge/force-push/fork write/forge comment. Only captured sessions were stopped, and ports6933/14973/7133/15173/19399 are empty. Harness and synthetic homes are preserved locally for audit. Public archives contain only allowlisted evidence/harness/manifests, never homes, browser storage, pair material or private server logs. No real userdata access occurred.

No matrix rows are missing. This is a repair handoff for the independent sufficiency audit, not that audit's verdict or merge authorization.
