# Final-head runtime evidence — Grok skill mentions

Both SHAs were recorded from the running checkout before its server started. No implementation edits, commits, pushes, PR comments, or watches occurred during capture.

Fresh isolated T3/provider homes and synthetic projects under `/tmp/ev-20371-final/{before,after}`. `T3CODE_DEV_SEED=0` and `--no-seed`; no live userdata read, copied, or written. Each subcase uses a fresh native session. Normal authenticated project/settings/turn RPCs drive the real server, real Grok CLI and real OpenCode CLI through the ACP registry. Transparent wrappers retain the actual prompt and ACP completion.

The previous R9l/R9m native-history gap is repaired in all four before/after records. The repaired collector reads Grok native JSONL and OpenCode native SQLite `message` plus `part` rows by the exact ACP `sessionId`, read-only. OpenCode records retain user prompt parts, assistant text, `time.completed` and `finish:"stop"`. Every accepted capture also has ACP `end_turn`, durable completed run and completed provider turn. Native first-user `skill_information` injection, rather than an assistant marker alone, determines Grok expansion. Literal controls may manually read the skill and return its marker.

Use the published scratch drivers as a transparent harness: seed synthetic projects, provision private provider configuration from the injected credential, pin the revision, start with an explicit isolated home, configure normal RPC settings, run the 12 cases, collect native records, enrich with durable state and validate. Drivers hard-code workspace/root/port and need adaptation for another location. Credentials and home databases are intentionally excluded; regenerate fresh credentials privately.

Baseline regression harness uses final-head assertions with baseline production imports: one intended slash-shape assertion fails, two literal controls pass. This is an expected regression failure, not a missing-test-name result. Final-head focused suites and the same external harness pass; full CI/check:changed remains the lead’s responsibility.

## FRICTION and cleanup

The first baseline batch overlapped focused tests. Vite generated temporary package files, triggering Node’s dev watcher and cancelling the original R3 turn; remaining connection attempts in that batch failed. R3 was rerun in a new session and subsequent rows completed after tests finished. The rejected attempt is excluded by the collector’s last-submission-per-row rule. No accepted capture has a cancelled completion. Late `.vite-temp` writes also restarted the initial final-head watcher before any RPC submissions. It was stopped and replaced by `node src/bin.ts` using the captured isolated dev-runner environment, with explicit isolated home/port and no Node watcher; no implementation changed. All accepted final-head runs use that direct source server.

Literal models sometimes manually read fixture files, so the marker is not used to claim native expansion for controls. Native user records show the distinction. No browser/UI capture applies to this server-only change.

Owned server groups and recorded CLI children were stopped; port 18371 has no listener. The checkout was restored to `takeover/pr-20371` at the exact final head with a clean tracked working tree. Scratch `/tmp/ev-20371-final` retains private token/key/config files; do not upload it wholesale. Public sanitized artifacts are in `/tmp/ev-20371-final/public`.
