# Proof audit pass 2 — closure

**VERDICT: SUFFICIENT for the final matrix at historical head `43104e9349bd34737af38919d8dd6d17b7b8e08e`.** The sole prior objection, R1-live missing raw offered-tool evidence and the actual ordinary call/result, is closed. No new code finding.

## Independent source verification

Read the final matrix, evidence index, prior pass-2 report, and `/tmp/17202-raw-session-proof.json`. Independently compared the extraction against the durable Claude session JSONL at `/home/ubuntu/.claude/projects/-home-ubuntu-wt-issue-17202-apps-server/bea7c6b6-18cd-4ed5-9d02-3786971050ee.jsonl`, without exporting its instructions, thinking, or other session content.

- Source line 16 is an `api-request-shape` record. Its complete ordered tool-name list exactly matches all **82 distinct offered names** in the extraction. Session ID, timestamp `2026-10-24T02:47:09.900Z`, and shape hash also match. This is offered-request catalog evidence, not a rendered model assertion or a separately replayed MCP tools/list response.
- Normalization removes only the literal `mcp__t3-code__` prefix. The resulting catalog contains **zero preview_* and zero device_* tools**. `preview_snapshot`, `device_screenshot`, `t3_preview_list`, and `t3_preview_close` are all absent.
- Source line 25 is the actual assistant `tool_use` of `mcp__t3-code__orchestrator_capabilities`, input `{}`, call ID `toolu_01VoDJbAbkV9q9dpKkWGdfKq`, at `2026-10-24T02:47:15.946Z`. Every exported block field and timestamp matches.
- Source line 26 is the matching user `tool_result` at `2026-10-24T02:47:16.003Z`. Every exported block field and timestamp matches. It is not an error; its JSON result identifies parent thread `dc56a155-cef7-4b2b-af73-9d82da310220`, inherited Claude provider and `claude-opus-5-5` model. This substantiates the successful ordinary ungated call.
- A later request-blob record repeats exchange material; it is not counted as another invocation. The verification above uses the actual assistant/user records.

## Matrix disposition and limits

R1-live now PASS. All six automated rows retain the prior pass-2 disposition and boundaries: 26 tests across three files independently passed in that audit, with no new execution claimed here. R2–R4 permission combinations, R5 bounded call/handler behavior, and R6 ungated registration proof are unchanged. Visual matrix remains EMPTY, zero rows; there is no affected visual capture to rebuild. No server, browser, native client, or test was launched in this closure.

The raw session establishes the offered catalog and real call/result for the identified session. The final running build, disabled integration settings, fresh-session-after-reload conditions, and isolated environment remain the lead's recorded runtime provenance, corroborated by the earlier transcript. The extracted `head` field is an annotation, not a source JSONL build attestation. This closure does not upgrade those claims into independent process/build inspection. The prior audit's minimum closure explicitly permitted this redacted export from the already captured session; it does not require a new live run.

At closure inspection the clean worktree had advanced to `a44ddee637e7077b2247488c0b9f1fc167850b73`, rather than the requested historical head. Independently checked the intervening diff: only two mobile markdown files changed; all three affected server files are byte-equivalent in Git to the requested head. No checkout or repository mutation was performed. Verdict applies to the specified historical server fix and its matrix, not an audit of the later mobile changes.

The lead should supersede the index's earlier claim that independent raw catalog capture is unverified/outside the minimum with this verified artifact and closure. That index housekeeping does not leave a proof gap in the supplied evidence set. No broader provider/client/transport certification, full HTTP denied-call matrix, exact granted-tool enumeration, or independent HTML rendering is claimed.

## FRICTION — category | event | prevention

- Evidence strength | Rendered answer initially omitted the observable catalog and actual exchange | Preserve redacted offered names and tool-use/result records with the first runtime capture.
- Acceptance consistency | Earlier index treated required raw evidence as outside minimum | Update the index to match the matrix and explicitly supersede its former limitation.
- Provenance | Exported head is lead annotation; checkout subsequently advanced | Distinguish session-source facts, recorded build conditions, and historical target SHA; compare affected paths before reusing tests.
- Privacy | Durable session also contains unrelated sensitive context | Extract only tool names and the necessary ordinary exchange; never upload the source JSONL.
- Scope | Server-only change invites unnecessary visual or repeated test work | Keep the visual matrix empty and reuse unchanged focused verification.

Read-only repository audit. Only this report was written under `/tmp`; its public upload was explicitly requested. No PR actions.
