## Independent reconstruction and exact byte delta

Wrote a separate small [audit harness](https://gh-file-drop-api-prod-mi5fy3sowv63ufte.pinglabs.workers.dev/f/6c41ab8e47494061/audit2-independent.mjs), without importing the supplied renderer. It obtains source through `git show SHA:path`, strips TypeScript and executes the actual exported shared helpers. It separately parses tool descriptions and compares extracted capture strings. BEFORE→AFTER length delta: **−95 bytes**. Section 1 itself changes 1,926→1,831 bytes (same −95); hashes `768c2ae446ab2efe03cc946222e9ad4a5894778101ba46c098074b7e225ab58f` → `fe1ae5ecba68bd05430c279d51f35e6c3e5a195495598114646d2f432f430493`. The byte comparison is exact equality against each corresponding capture, not merely a matching length. All additional independently compared outputs also match exactly.

As a separate reproducibility check, inspected the supplied renderer and executed a copy changing only its short-transcript output destination, so delivered artifacts were preserved. ## Artifact provenance, scope and limitations

Repetitive full-transcript content was additionally checked by exact full rerender comparison. Downloaded all 12 uploaded artifacts (including the index): each exactly equals the local delivered file and matches indexed hashes where provided. The only renderer stderr is Node's experimental stripTypeScriptTypes warning.

Complete pinned diff: five files, 43 insertions and 10 deletions. Production changes are shared instruction wording, delegate_task description wording, and the existing guide paragraph. Remaining changes add the two focused test cases. No other implementation changed. The removed backing-storage warning and blanket review prohibition are the intended alignment; taskId tracking, retry-stable distinct clientRequestId, prior-review context and original-result immutability are retained in the relevant guidance. Unchanged t3_thread_send remains the precise lifecycle reference.

The two new tests inspect emitted builder/tool metadata text; they are useful regression assertions for this text-only bug, not proof of model compliance or transport behavior. Independent clean AFTER rerun: [23 passing tests](https://gh-file-drop-api-prod-mi5fy3sowv63ufte.pinglabs.workers.dev/f/10fc4e89a1b33295/audit2-green.log). No need to demand real providers or transport under this matrix. Model obedience, review independence, actual conversation retention and lifecycle correctness remain explicitly unproven; none is newly implemented here.

No repository edits, push, PR creation/comment, watcher, delegated work, browser, dev server or provider launch. Scratch writes confined to `/tmp/to-20053`. Registered the existing PR with this thread as required by the harness; it is not watched. This is a pinned proof-sufficiency audit, not a fresh remote CI/merge-readiness certification.

FRICTION: tool — Python urllib download returned `HTTP Error 403: Forbidden`; curl with a browser User-Agent fetched all artifacts successfully. No remaining blocker. Original fork object absence is a context-only limitation, not a missing proof row.
