I'm offered 19 mcp__t3-code__preview_* tools and 4 mcp__t3-code__device_* tools. I called preview_status and device_list once each, and both returned errors.

mcp__t3-code__preview_* tools (19): preview_click, preview_dialog, preview_drag, preview_evaluate, preview_hover, preview_navigate, preview_open, preview_press, preview_recording_start, preview_recording_stop, preview_resize, preview_scroll, preview_select, preview_set_appearance, preview_snapshot, preview_status, preview_type, preview_upload, preview_wait_for

mcp__t3-code__device_* tools (4): device_close, device_list, device_open, device_screenshot

Two related tools don't match those prefixes, so they aren't counted above: mcp__t3-code__t3_preview_close and mcp__t3-code__t3_preview_list.

Results:

So both sets of tools are offered to this session even though the permission behind each is off. I didn't change any files, retry either call, or use a browser or device fallback.
