## Scope and environment

Visual matrix rows: **0/0**. No changed render path; server-only proof exception. No screenshot or recording required. No other render changes. Primary previously ran the integrated real web client against existing dev server port 6575, isolated worktree `.t3`, Codex GPT-6-Astra (medium for current comment run). This assembly pass used local files and read-only SQLite only; no browser, server start, code/fixture edits, commit, push, PR or comment.

## Test evidence and uncovered criteria

Supplied tester report: two tests fail on main with expected marker/JSON versus actual raw citation link; regression-test commit [173f2b0f42](https://git.cafe/pingdotgg/t3code/commit/173f2b0f42). Supplied current result: 29 server + 38 shared tests green. These are reported execution results, not rerun or independently verified in this assembly pass; no raw test output was supplied here. Start and steer expansion, expanded limits, and literal-context preservation have focused test coverage per matrix/report.

Current runtime evidence covers Codex start delivery only, plain and Unicode-comment variants, and persisted raw links. Native steer, runtime size-limit rejection, runtime literal-context preservation, exact-limit success, other providers, mobile/native desktop clients, and remote/relay/tunnel modes were not exercised here. Shared server preparation supports source-derived coverage across adapters; it does not establish runtime coverage for them. No merge/PR approval is implied.
