At 2026-10-21T23:02:50.442Z head still had empty document.body.innerText and T3 splash. CSS viewport 1440×1000, DPR 2, Linux x86_64, Chrome 154.0.0.0 desktop user agent, document fonts loaded. Browser font scale not independently measured. Theme and clock not frozen: diagnostic only. The URL fragment was removed before the screenshot to avoid publishing pairing credentials.

Actionable prerequisite: allow the isolated head Vite module graph to finish loading on a responsive VM, then restart baseline under the lead's ownership and resume paired capture sequentially. Dispatcher must route unavailable native/Electron surfaces to a capable environment. Do not kill unrelated shared-VM workloads.

Backend red/green proof, real-launcher transcripts, installed/error/unknown snapshot and SDK-host assertions were not independently rerun by this capture session. Canonical fresh and initialized launchers were left untouched. Added scripts/seed-muse-uninitialized.mjs and scripts/fixtures/muse-uninitialized.json. The helper successfully generated /tmp/issue-22299-synthetic-probe/muse, exclusively creating a new binary with --version-only behavior. It never writes settings or database state. This synthetic fixture is not real-launcher or recovery proof. Commit and synthetic probe check were still awaiting shell completion when this index was written; no commit SHA is claimed here.

Lead completion note: the fixture commit completed successfully as a3bc0406eb2066a11bf0a719da3e986bdce69954. The synthetic version probe returned the expected stderr and exit code 1. This does not verify any of the 22 UI rows. Both source reviewers returned MERGE for implementation 2717b5d421; proof audit pass 2 returned INSUFFICIENT for all 22 rows. No pixel delta or visual readiness claim is supported.
