Before `dd5b5401e1f240f4314af29edf431369d182f386`; after `8fbfc33c1ac503048ca2983564318bc29143086a`. Native DPR1, reduced motion; same preserved real server homes/Connections pairing. This is desktop Chromium, including the390px viewport.

Written narration is the timestamp table immediately above each video pair. Times name inspected decoded native video frames (5fps), selected near the measured checkpoint; they are not fabricated still-video frames. Raw videos retain bootstrap and Settings navigation. JSON records exact wall timestamps, measured request starts, and recording-origin command bounds where newly instrumented. Stable sources are >=500ms apart.

Expected changed regions: cold General stays dim until recovery; cold Providers stays loading, then the limited-permissions banner disappears on success. Warm head retains editing while baseline denies; both deny after terminal exhaustion. Removing the banner shifts provider cards. Incidental changes: matched relative-age masks within each pair, normal provider status rechecks after enable/restore, and raw-video scroll resets on Settings navigation. No permission/control text is masked.

Navigate to this Settings page. pending7 records the pending permission presentation; retry3/4/5 record subsequent real request attempts; settled records delayed recovery; terminal records the exhausted request sequence after the actual150s cap. For head R1/R2, scroll the named switch into view, toggle once and read actual persisted config, then restore it and read back again (General Resume after usage limits false→true→false; Providers Enable Codex true→false→true).
