# Final proof audit

Target [#24157](https://github.com/pingdotgg/t3code/pull/24157), issue [#24136](https://github.com/pingdotgg/t3code/issues/24136). Read-only audit of local candidate [08b1f88a8b](https://github.com/pingdotgg/t3code/commit/08b1f88a8bf0d7112eb4bac10969f00307a68db8) against integrated base [bb7783e295](https://github.com/pingdotgg/t3code/commit/bb7783e295506ad423f527ed28a019836e331e8c).

## Blob equivalence

Full-tree diff against approved/runtime-proven [ee96b4b5a2](https://github.com/pingdotgg/t3code/commit/ee96b4b5a272a800a814eb5ce0744afe4620a22a) changes exactly one file: runtimeLayer.test.ts, 78 insertions, zero deletions. Thus ALL implementation blobs, and every other tracked file, are identical. Explicit Git blob checks also match handlers.ts, tools.ts, Orchestrator.ts, ThreadManagementService.ts, orchestrationV2.ts, ThreadManagementService.test.ts and AgentAwarenessRelay.test.ts. Orchestrator.ts matches the saved pre-mutation original byte for byte. Worktree clean; requested HEAD confirmed. No repeated runtime capture is necessary.

## Proof matrix

| Row | Status | Proof and limits |
| --- | --- | --- |
| 1 | PASS | Raw real-provider transcript, schedule/visit/setup transcripts and persisted timeline establish completed seed, visited then settled thread, actual interval firing, own active mark accepted, no early timestamp change, real completion then deferred mark. |
| 2 | PASS | Real MCP handler regression fixture omits threadId and resolves caller thread. |
| 3 | PASS | Persisted provider tool input explicitly targets the matching thread and returns marksUnreadWhenTurnEnds=true. |
| 4 | PASS | Completion sequence 161 precedes deferred event 163; final timestamp 11:13:01.567Z equals actual completion 11:13:01.568Z minus 1 ms. Deferred command identifies ordinal 2; no external candidate mark substitutes for it. |
| 5 | PASS | Service table verifies completed dispatch versus no dispatch for failed/interrupted. |
| 6 | PASS | New deterministic newer-completed-run fixture plus isolated identity-guard mutation and restored full-suite GREEN establish the previously missing identity protection. Queued/active status cases need no redundant fixture to prove this identity comparison. |
| 7 | PASS | Newer visit (+500 ms) tested; equality protected by strict less-than comparison in source. Equality is source-verified, not separately executed. |
| 8 | PASS | Ordinary visit occurs after the successful deferred event in existing integration fixture, restoring watermark; unchanged ordinary visit path corroborates it. |
| 9 | PASS | Source retains immediate dispatch for other callers and own agent without active run; existing completed-thread mark-unread behavior remains covered. No claim of dedicated runtime execution for every caller. |
| 10 | PASS (source) | Explicit timedOut/completed gating, existing restart-continuation wait and layer-scoped fiber traced. Timeout/restart/shutdown were not separately captured at runtime; in-memory wait does not survive server restart. |
| 11 | PASS | Settle code differs only in shared constant name; unchanged semantics. Prior focused checks include settle coverage. |
| 12 | PASS | Optional runId preserves existing client command shape; unchanged event/projection consumers receive persisted timestamp. Real capture verifies persistence; source covers clients/relay. |

Capture matrix: zero visual rows. No renderer changes; no new capture demand.

## Row 6 adversarial proof

Read committed raw fixture, mutation.diff, red.txt, green.txt and row6-evidence.txt. Fixture completes older run, visits at older completion +500 ms, completes a newer run at older completion +1 second, then dispatches mark-unread with OLD runId. Newer latest run is completed and visit predates its completion, so status and visit guards permit a rewind if identity guard is absent. Mutation replaces only latestRun?.id === command.runId with latestRun !== undefined. Raw RED shows expected watermark 03.500Z versus actual 03.999Z, exactly newer completion minus 1 ms. Restored implementation raw GREEN records 90/90 runtime tests passing. This isolates the identity guard and closes row 6. These are inspected saved runs, not tests rerun during this audit.

## Evidence integrity and scope

All 26 local allowlisted evidence files match the SHA256 sanitization manifest. Inspected original behavioral RED, provenance, raw provider outputs and persisted assertion/event data; RED is the real tool rejection rather than a missing-method failure. Sanitization is supported by the supplied manifest; private runtime secrets were not accessed in this audit. No claim that every provider or connection mode was executed. Implementation equivalence carries prior runtime proof forward.

## FRICTION

GitCafe reports published PR head [dfedee32e2](https://github.com/pingdotgg/t3code/commit/dfedee32e24290bcf025ada7c7baa23be84ab0d5), different from audited local candidate. This verdict validates local candidate proof, not published-head CI or readiness. No edits, pushes, public comments, merges, server, browser or captures performed. Only required T3 PR registration and this report outside the repository. No evidence uploaded during this audit.

VERDICT: SUFFICIENT — exact missing rows: none.
