1. **W09/W10 remain incomplete even though the new tooltip clips fix the old blank-frame and hidden-popup defects.** All 16 current W06/W09/W10 clips visibly show delayed tooltips and stay on-page, without the previously rejected blank frames. However, `W09-N-dark-before.webm` never visibly completes its narrated “fold script” step at 7.302s: source frame 54, the final frame at 7.450533s, still shows the expanded script and **Show less**. The after clip ends folded, with **Show full script**. `W09-N-dark-tooltip-diff0.png` and `W10-N-light-tooltip-diff0.png` also highlight unrelated tooltip-shadow raster changes outside the avatar/status-dot changes; the report discloses these, but disclosure does not satisfy the requested clean-diff rule. The new clips explicitly exclude child open/back, so the previously rejected narrow W09/W10 navigation evidence is not repaired. W06 is upgraded by combining its clean new tooltip evidence with previously accepted focus/navigation evidence.
2. **M01's clean Android disclosure footage does not complete M01, and its narration is incomplete.** The four new Android clips show settled expand/collapse without loading, ghosting, or blank timelines; all four new Android static pairs are confined to the intended avatar/stack changes and fix the old navigation-handle noise. But `M01-A-light-after.mp4` is accompanied only by a `record start`, exit 1 entry, not a successful narrated interaction sequence. The clip itself shows expansion at source PTS 2.262789s and collapse at 14.422278s. Other Android step timestamps do not align with the source PTS (for example, light-before is expanded by 2.253467s although its press is listed at 5.460s); the timeline needs correction or an explicit clock alignment. All four iOS disclosure clips are also clean of loading/ghosted app content, but none of the eight new M01 clips establishes child open/back. Every new iOS M01/M02 static pair includes unrelated system-clock changes; `M01-I-light-collapsed-*` additionally changes prompt-bubble text/edge and timestamp/copy rendering. These are correctly disclosed and remain insufficient whole-frame comparisons.
3. **W03 corrects the missing detail content but all nine new static comparisons contain unrelated duration changes.** `W03-{W-light,N-light,N-dark}-{collapsed,expanded,details}-*` show the actual five-child/failure/+2 group and the path/prose details, but Worked-for changes from 6.2s to 5.7s and child elapsed labels also change. Both diff panels visibly include the duration regions. The six `W03-*-scripted-{before,after}.webm` recordings show disclosure/detail/collapse, but their supplied steps arrays are empty. No per-recording narrated sequence is supplied. Keep the previously accepted wide-dark content observation; do not accept these comparisons as clean new proof.
4. **A04 web still changes sidebar ages, contradicting the claimed repair.** In the final `A04-W-light-both-disabled-*` and `A04-W-light-pooled-*` originals, sidebar ages change **5h before → 2h after** across six entries. Both diff panels highlight these labels. The report and evidence index claim “web ages frozen” / “Web light age drift removed” and describe provider-icon drift instead; the visible extra difference is the age text. This contradicts the repair claim and is outside the changed code. Web single/historical are clean. Android dark single/historical/both-disabled are clean; `A04-A-dark-pooled-after.png` is a stale endpoint with a different composer/provider-label state. iOS dark remains absent.
5. **A02/A05 Android diagnostics remain unusable.** Every `A02-{accent-dark,accent-light,single}-A-light-after.png` and `A05-{project-on,project-off}-A-light-after.png` has an unrendered grouped row where the before image shows the group. Their recordings preserve the missing row rather than demonstrate the requested badge/disclosure comparison. The report correctly labels these diagnostic; they cannot upgrade either row.

Reviewed only the third capture round for [#25031](https://git.cafe/pingdotgg/t3code/pull/25031), at head [fd6f84adeb](https://github.com/pingdotgg/t3code/commit/fd6f84adebd5592fff1df47f903ad260c389f2bd) against explicit merge-base [32ecd71726](https://github.com/pingdotgg/t3code/commit/32ecd71726fee16f335484c1f95cbce126d461f6). All prior observations/statuses below are carried forward from the supplied [round-2 audit](https://gh-file-drop-api-prod-mi5fy3sowv63ufte.pinglabs.workers.dev/f/997dca56af2c5b8d/Audit-round2.md), not claimed as newly reopened older evidence. Read-only repository review: no application edits, commits, pushes, PR edits, reviews, or comments. Findings concern proof quality and missing coverage; they do not establish that this PR caused the capture defects.

The current PR body explicitly supersedes its older evidence block; the prior audit's obsolete-body finding is not carried forward as a current blocker. The current exact SHAs and ×16 threshold description match this audit. “Ring survives” is supported by the prior accepted focus capture. The new path/prose claim is visible, with comparison contamination described above. No new proof supports missing navigation, timing, remote, morphology, or handoff branches.

Inspection coverage: all nine indexed contact sheets, all 51 paired scenes and all 102 Diff0/DiffT panels opened visually. All 38 indexed recordings decoded without frame sampling: 1,112 source frames, 90 review pages, all viewed. The direct current recording URLs are byte-identical to their archive originals. All nine indexed sheets match their archive copies; every resized panel in all 51 scene sheets matches its full-resolution source. The manifest also lists superseded uploads with duplicate filenames: current A04 evidence agrees with the `tier1-final-uploads.md` entries, not the later textual `tier1-web-uploads.md` section. This is not treated as a current artifact mismatch.

All 51 full-resolution diff pairs were independently recomputed: Diff0=saturated abs(RGB_before−RGB_after)×16, threshold0; DiffT=each RGB channel>16/255. Every recomputed diff is byte-for-pixel equal to the delivered panel. Exact counts, bounds, dimensions, and equality checks are in `recomputed.json`. Correct diff construction does not make unrelated highlighted pixels acceptable.

All current sheet columns name the requested head/base. Viewports/themes match visible captures and the rendering metadata: Chromium156/Linux/DPR2/font1/zoom1, web W1440×900 CSS exported1280×800, N390×844 exported780×1688; Android Pixel9/API36 logical411.43×923.43 at DPR2.625, physical1080×2424, hidden system status bar; iPhone17Pro logical402×874, native scale3, screenshots402×874. Web reduced-motion=false relies on settled endpoints. Native animation normalization is disclosed. iOS status-clock drift invalidates its comparisons rather than being ignored.

Independent rebuild: from exact head, ran the uploaded `rpc-driver.mjs` (only scratch-root paths changed), uploaded frozen clock, fresh isolated home, T3CODE_DEV_SEED=0, and `vp run dev --home-dir /tmp/lead-25031-r1/proof-audit-4/rebuild-20261030T1526/home-after --port 19324`. Actual backend19324/web8724. Used seed and settle-parents, actual RPC-created fixture children/settings and projection, proof-group-2, then the uploaded production-component `tier2-harness-after.js` for W06. No injected avatar values or application edits. Browser independently reported Chrome156/Linux x86_64,390×844 CSS,DPR2,16px root,zoom1,dark,reduced-motion=false,frozen Date2026-10-30T11:40:00.000Z, matching the delivered rendering line. Rebuilt `W06-N-dark-initial-after.png` at full780×1688: **0/1,316,640 pixels differ, maximum channel delta0, >16 count0, no bounding box**. No antialiasing or other delta.

Owned preview tab closed; synthetic threads stopped through RPC. Captured runner585995 and its recorded descendants stopped explicitly after ownership/cwd verification; all captured PIDs gone and backend19324/web8724 no longer listen. No emulator/lease started. Lead-owned worktree and parent scratch preserved; repository clean. Sanitized artifacts uploaded before removing only this audit's scratch. Credentials, pairing URLs and isolated home/database excluded from public artifacts.

FRICTION:
- runbook | Upload manifest contains same-name superseded variants in concatenated upload batches, requiring panel/hash checks to identify the current A04 assets | publish one authoritative current manifest with upload-time hashes and explicit supersession.
