# Fresh server-only evidence

Environment: Linux fs-33, managed Node 26.12.1, nonwatch source server and Vite, isolated recent stopped-thread database snapshot. Runtime browser/WebSocket RPC capture was performed by the parent; this evidence agent started no server or browser.

Four real Codex runs through a proxy dropping thread/start durably failed after five attempts each. Claude completed and checkpoint.capture succeeded. Backend PID 1919470/starttime 51559970 and web PID 1919727/starttime 51560083 stayed unchanged throughout; no restart.
- [Fresh combined red/green raw proof](https://gh-file-drop-api-prod-mi5fy3sowv63ufte.pinglabs.workers.dev/f/714f58d6197378bf/fresh-red-green-proof.txt): final start/restart backstop regression cases red with expected settlement and received []; green 94 tests/3 files, server tsc --noEmit and targeted lint reported passing. Raw lint retains one unused-variable warning; typecheck retains Effect suggestions. HEAD and exact green/typecheck/lint commands accompany raw outputs. Red command was not retained and is not invented.

Proof matrix: []; visual rows 0/0. Ten changed server/provider files; no rendered paths or render changes. No new code fixture needed. Fresh change moves the 12-minute backstop into the executor wrapper and settles final start/restart failure through failBeforeStart with the existing ownership guard; cancellation remains outside. Fresh code audit MERGE is parent-reported, not repeated by this evidence agent.
