Builds a real NSIS installer with makensis on Linux (compression: store), then the transcript searches the
installer's UTF-16LE string table for the compiled FIND_PROCESS PowerShell command. The trailing ENOENT on
elevate.exe is electron-builder copying into the fake prepackaged dir after the installer is written.
