# Issue 16610 proof audit — pass 2

## Findings first

1. **Dynamic-data differences remain a finding.** Independently rebuilding the final narrow-dark M3 capture from the committed fixture changed 27,174 / 1,316,640 pixels (2.064%); 6,526 pixels have a maximum channel difference >16. Visible differences include generated parent title, elapsed time (47s versus 40s), and Open parent hover state. No dynamic data, status, tool, title, clock, sidebar, or layout region was masked. This evidence supports the lifecycle correction; it does not support a zero-delta or “nothing else changed” claim.
2. **The original narrow M2 and narrow-light M4 images were invalid for their claimed Lineage milestone.** I inspected their replacements: both narrow M2 themes now show the original child as completed on base while it is actually resumed, versus Lineage · 1 running on final; both narrow M4 themes show expanded Previous agents and final completion. Those replacements, rather than the old chat-only images, are used below.
3. **The original narrow-dark final recording was interrupted before visible DONE_SELF.** My new recording reaches final parent, expanded Lineage, original child DONE_SELF, and a reload. It replaces that recording for final-path acceptance. The interrupted recording is retained only as supporting evidence for its earlier rows.
4. Desktop-dark M1/M2 now use the supplemental post-resume base capture (resume 20:16:18.226; capture about 20:16:40). The earlier pre-resume capture is excluded. Some desktop base Lineage panes have Previous agents collapsed; the adjacent stale card and identity transcript establish the base defect, while expanded narrow supplements provide direct row membership inspection.

No new source defect was found by this proof audit. This is a bounded observable-path verdict, not an exhaustive code audit or merge authorization.

## Revisions, scope, and conditions

Base [e54e71d725](https://git.cafe/pingdotgg/t3code/commit/e54e71d725b6eef166ee9b85137c09e051cff342); production implementation [1f20a8caa2](https://git.cafe/pingdotgg/t3code/commit/1f20a8caa2c6f9083c0f2d0a454a265ec20d654c); inspected checkout [d6a049d0bd](https://git.cafe/pingdotgg/t3code/commit/d6a049d0bd25ebd15c415ea76f015a17688cad0d). The latter adds only scenario.json and seed.js. `git diff --quiet 1f20a8caa2 d6a049d0bd -- apps packages` exits 0. The production cumulative diff changes only ClaudeAdapterV2.ts and its existing test file: 227 insertions / 19 deletions; 49 implementation lines touched and 197 test lines added. The terminal-known-task launch-ID condition requests the existing continuation; existing continuation deduplication and settlement remain. No new parser/regex loop or UI/contracts change is present.

The actual server process cwd is this worktree's apps/server; the web process cwd is apps/web. Lead identifies the running source as the final implementation. I did not independently attest a packaged binary hash. No package checks were run; the 208 adapter tests, check:changed, base-red test and mutation results remain lead-provided evidence, not independent executions by this reviewer.

Linux / Chrome 154; live Claude Agent SDK; Claude Opus 5.5 Medium, Full access, fast mode Off. CSS viewports 1440×900 and 390×844; DPR 2. Desktop PNGs are tool-downsampled 1280×800; videos are 2880×1800. Narrow PNGs/videos are 780×1688. My new tab measured innerWidth/Height 390/844, DPR 2, visualViewport.scale 1, root font 16px, document.fonts.status loaded, system font stack. Theme light was verified through normal stored appearance preference: html dark class absent and body background oklch(0.992 0 0); dark was restored. Theme flips in supplements are disclosed, not separate independent lifecycle runs.

Committed fixture SHA256: scenario.json `8caf6da7e0695a5a7a9bd0e4b6dbae75da85365a61a2af176615b6bce7054788`; seed.js `c1efa71bd410e1184699a2308afe32267ca704378af4d9085c7176ed5eb3dd9a`. I executed the committed seed script, evaluated its emitted browser expression in a new draft, observed seeded:true, and submitted through the normal composer. No projection seeding.

All rows use the base → production revisions named above; supplemental final captures execute fixture-only head d6a049d0bd with identical application source. M1 = parent reopen; M2 = Lineage during resume; M3 = live original child; M4 = final settlement. “Supported” refers to the combined still, recording and persisted transcript, not a pixel-perfect match.

I independently recomputed every updated pair's absolute RGB differences with NumPy and compared every pixel in both amplified images. All 16 count pairs and all 32 generated diff images match. diff0 uses absolute per-channel differences ×8, saturated at255. diff16 first clears channels ≤16; a changed pixel has any channel >16. This threshold is not an antialias detector. No masks were used.

What else changed across the matrix: generated titles and explanatory prose, timestamps and durations, command descriptions, native IDs, sidebar ordering/ages, branch and commit controls, VCS counts, scroll positions, expanded command groups/Previous agents, live working indicators, and assistant-response placement. The new fixture adds +26 lines to the visible VCS count. Two parent activity cards can refer to the same child; persisted child identity, rather than card count, is the duplicate-child criterion.

The first rebuild (root961aa070-3761-4022-8bfb-2e90e2e4957d, recording20:23:19.992–20:25:35.513) supplies the independently reproduced M3 still. It covers resumed Lineage, successive child commands, DONE and reload, but missed PONG during active work because of a failed navigation locator. The second rebuild supplies that missing step; neither run is mislabeled as having actions it did not show.

Comparison: original final 390-dark-M3-after.png versus first rebuild capture mvjzp73e-f3e3fea7. Raw changed pixels27,174; >16 pixels6,526. A conservative isolated achromatic-edge rule identifies only2 possible antialias pixels: all8 neighbors must be identical between images, both center colors interpolate the same achromatic neighbor bounds, and edge contrast exceeds32. Excluding only those candidates leaves27,172 pixels (2.064%). This is not a comprehensive or certain antialias classification; the raw27,174 remains authoritative. No data difference was erased as antialias. The dynamic differences are explicitly finding1.

Coverage is the four requested responsive-web/theme conditions for a shared Claude adapter change. Native mobile, Electron-specific shell behavior, other providers, remote relay/tunnel and exhaustive protocol combinations are not separately certified. Existing tests address protocol regressions; this review does not replace them.

## FRICTION

- Default preview profile initially lacked credentials; supplied startup token was rejected. Read CLI help, minted a replacement using explicit isolated worktree .t3 base-dir, paired normally. No secret is included in this report or uploaded evidence.
- VM memory/load pressure delayed the CLI and browser. Read-only diagnostics confirmed target server cwd and a successful well-known HTTP response; no neighbor process or server was stopped. No additional provider was launched until recovery.
- Wrong panel toggle initially opened surfaces; actual Lineage is Toggle thread details panel. One invalid locator and one Send/Submit label mismatch delayed actions. These are visible in the recordings; corrected second run proves PONG while active.
- Original manifest/index links predate narrow replacements. This report's row links and supplemental recordings take precedence; lead will consolidate the canonical index. Desktop downsampling and theme-flip supplements are explicit limitations.
- I sampled the supplied eight videos at milestone frames, inspected all32 source stills and the supplemental stills, reconciled transcripts, and independently drove the rebuilds. I did not claim continuous frame-by-frame inspection of every original recording.
- No repository edits, pushes, forge operations, public issue/PR comments, package checks or server starts. Only temporary evidence/report files were written; own preview tab closed; existing target server left running. No question remains pending.

VERDICT: SUFFICIENT for the requested idle self-resume observable path, with the supplemental narrow Lineage pairs and complete rebuilt recording linked here. Dynamic visual differences remain disclosed findings; no zero-delta, exhaustive-protocol, or native-client claim is made.
