PR 24334 takeover evidence

Head: 9c71750875834ff8c03623dca6f6fd0830685aa8

The matrix contains 64 stills, 32 clips, 32 pixel diffs and 32 labeled composites.
Cases: manual /compact, idle on return, pre-expiry, and provider mid-turn.
Each case covers running and finished states, light and dark themes, CSS widths
1440 and 390, and both revisions.

Captures use the real web dev app with --no-seed, an isolated synthetic home,
and an offline gated Claude fixture. No live provider account was used.
On-return uses the real composer after aging only synthetic usage while the
server is stopped. Pre-expiry uses the unmodified real timer.

Head manifests retain the combined git-status and fixture-check output (no changed paths) and display scale. There is no explicit capture-time cleanliness field; the auditor confirmed a clean checkout at entry. Manual light/1440
reloads while the running compaction is held. Explicit head compactions also
hold after the boundary and before the provider result: the item is finished
while its run remains running. Only the finished divider should appear.
Provider mid-turn cases retain their existing post-boundary gate.
The baseline fixture has no additional terminal gate, so finished run and queued
continuation states can differ between the compared images.

Each clip contains eight real preview frames with measured sample timestamps,
no interpolation, and a one-second final hold plus a 1 ms endpoint. These are
sampled transitions, not continuous compositor recordings. H.264 is lossy;
original PNGs are authoritative. CSS 1440x1000 produces 1280x889 PNGs; CSS
390x844 produces 780x1688 PNGs. Diffs include dynamic timers, sidebars and panels;
their magnitude is not an automated regression verdict.

Baseline manifests were relocated to the copied folder. All 128 source PNG
hashes were confirmed unchanged. Original PR captures and earlier takeover
captures are historical; this archive contains the final matrix.

Unverified: native mobile simulator, Electron shell, live providers, relay or
tunnel, OS notification delivery, and native resume-question, failure and
no-token-count visuals. Focused tests cover notification controls, fallback
behavior and wire compatibility.

The final main merge changes only upstream MCP analytics and its tests. The web, mobile, orchestration, contracts, client-runtime and shared Git trees are identical to the captured head. See final-merge-provenance.json for exact tree hashes.
