FRICTION: Unexpected restart occurred after the initial browser prompt and before delegation; automatically resumed parent completed the scenario. Therefore this proves the post-resume child lifecycle, not uninterrupted parent startup. No browser/server launches, code edits, forge writes or agents spawned by the evidence collector. SQLite opened mode=ro with query_only and a consistent read transaction. Only three final-runtime artifacts written under /tmp/issue-24297. Prior artifacts preserved. Public output excludes reasoning, attachments, environment and credential fields, unrelated threads; provider task output paths replaced. Secret keyword and URL scan of transcript found no matches; scoped tool inputs/outputs reviewed before upload. Used ghdrop skill and ghdrop upload -m.
