**Merge.** Fresh review of [#23813](https://git.cafe/pingdotgg/t3code/pulls/23813) at [de44c6e](https://git.cafe/pingdotgg/t3code/commit/de44c6e1b7bee2bb7d41e124bdf8c22b8911075c) found no blockers.

- Full committed diff against the confirmed merge-base changes only `ws.ts`: 28 additions, 3 deletions.
- All **198 RPCs have exactly one handler**. Partitions contain **104 + 94**, with no overlap, missing methods, or extra handlers.
- **No guard was lost.** Both partitions reuse RPC objects carrying authorization and instrumentation middleware. Dispatch still uses the full `ServerWsRpcGroup`; scope mappings and payload-dependent authorization remain unchanged.
- **Requirement types remain precise by construction.** `ServerWsRpcGroup.of` checks the complete handler object; each `Pick` retains its inferred function types while limiting requirement extraction to its partition. No widening annotation, cast, or suppression was introduced.
- **Runtime cost is bounded:** two handler maps plus one linear context merge during WebSocket layer construction. The change adds no per-request merge or middleware work.
- This is a small, reasonable workaround. The reported 318-method failure establishes finite headroom, not a regression requiring a larger abstraction now.

GitCafe reports **34 successful checks**, none pending or failing. My independent checks covered committed-source method counts, Effect implementation tracing, and diff whitespace validation. Compiler probes and live calls were supplied evidence; I did not rerun them or inspect the mutable probe worktree.

VERDICT: MERGE
