#19665 headless server behavior proof
Local final implementation head: f4acf04de6e51fd7f439c7b05c0792f2306acc39

Fresh tests agent: original merged PoC 88 passed, 1 failed.
Failure: manual parent settlement with automatic settlement disabled produced [] child commands after event delivery and worker drain.
Production reverted to main temporarily: 84 passed, 5 failed; production restored byte-for-byte afterward.

Implementation after manual-settlement fix: 89 passed.
Review regression: 234 mixed settlement/archive/delete events plus child settlement, using real projection state and event stream delivery.
Before coalescing: 236 candidate reads.
After coalescing: 3 candidate reads; child settled; zero PR branch/summary lookups.

Final focused suites: ProjectionSettlement.test.ts, ThreadSettlementService.test.ts, ProjectionStore.test.ts.
Real SQL and memory stores cover parent active/settled/archived/deleted/missing candidate filtering.
Worker harness covers empty/recent/busy children, retry, pins and opt-outs, manual settlement globally off, and shared/own-worktree cleanup. Dispatch and process boundaries are mocked; this is focused runtime proof, not a live provider subprocess or full app session.

No screenshot is applicable to this hidden server-side lifecycle. Native and desktop clients were not launched.
