- Four focused test files: 150 passed, exit 0. PR head before takeover had 155 cases; five redundant cases removed/consolidated. Files: PullRequestService.test.ts, nativeReviewDiffSource.test.ts, nativeReviewDiffHighlighter.test.ts, nativeReviewDiffSurface.test.tsx.
- apps/server and apps/mobile tsc --noEmit: exit 0 each.
- Targeted lint of nine changed TypeScript files: exit 0, no errors. Existing warnings: no-empty-pattern in PullRequestService.test.ts:1436 and set-state-in-effect in useNativeReviewDiffHighlighting.ts:60, both unchanged lines.
- git diff --check against current main: clean.
- Compared reviewed/captured accb7e7519 to final head: no differences in mobile diff/review/native-module or server pullRequest files. Main merge only brought unrelated upstream changes. Runtime capture remains applicable.
- Runtime: whole-PR downloads 2 to 1, expansion adds 1 to 0. Same oversized patch and authoritative source hashes. JS queued cancellation independently reproduced; five isolation tests independently rerun by proof auditor.
- Both fresh round-1 code reviewers returned MERGE; proof pass 2 SUFFICIENT with allowed native gap.
- CI on this final pushed SHA is pending and belongs to the dispatcher. No watcher started.

Unverified: mobile UI (no Android tooling on fs-15); iOS unavailable; Kotlin JVM tests not run (Java/Gradle absent). Scope/eviction permutations from the broader matrix were not separately captured; reviewers and auditor found them unnecessary for changed behavior.

Infrastructure check exactly as requested: command -v android-emulator adb produced no output, exit 1; ls ~/Android/Sdk ~/android-sdk /opt/android-sdk 2>/dev/null produced no output, exit 2. Neither command found a usable emulator. No SDK installed. command -v java gradle also produced no output.

Friction collected from step agents: test handoff overlapped dependency install; native toolchain absent; guessed source paths; npx oxlint unavailable (targeted vp lint used); initial Cafe status transient ConnectionRefused (one retry succeeded); historical/remote evidence revisions differed; capture snapshot dependency mapping, cookie selection and Effect Socket constructor needed correction; server watch restart required capture of replacement PID; urllib/WebFetch artifact transport failed while curl worked; initial proof matrix included unchanged-logic permutations.

Prevention: finish install before handoff; prepared native host; locate symbols/catalog entries with rg; documented targeted lint and installed transport helpers; pin immutable source snapshots and verify hashes; use curl for artifact host; stop servers after capture; distinguish required changed-behavior proof from optional matrix permutations.
