Red checkout: 073cb40f90d87b5e4c30db5ff0e905691fd4ad7c (fix/issue-22033), exactly the base plus runtimeLayer.test.ts test-only changes; production code is the exact base. Verified head: ea3642a4872efa089663fff337bd6283c52e17be (fix/issue-22033-verified). Native application evidence supplied by lead: fs-27 Linux, Claude CLI 2.1.303, Sonnet 5.5, real isolated development server, browser UI plus CLI same reproduction sequence. No stubs or injected frames. This evidence-capture agent launched no server or browser and made no source edits, tests, commits, pushes or forge mutations. It ran existing targeted tests only and restored the clean verified branch. ## Observations and coverage Changed visual/render implementation matrix: empty (server-only changes). This is not an empty behavioral-consumer matrix: web/desktop/mobile consume the scheduler state. No screenshots or client visual verification claimed here. Before native transcript: wake ordinal 4 remains queued+held and native agent remains running despite final notification. After native transcript: root run 3 completed 10:51:30.746Z; wake 4 requested 10:51:30.716Z, started 10:51:32.295Z and completed 10:51:36.132Z; user run 2 remains queued+queueHeld=true with null startedAt/completedAt. Native local_agent a6e4d76ef03e6d065 starts in run 4; the same native ID receives final notification at 10:53:24.068Z and persisted completedAt 10:53:24.070Z with result PROBE_22033_OK. Later wake 6 starts 10:53:24.171Z and completes 10:53:25.678Z. Projection is a final snapshot, not a complete event history or proof of every intermediate field. Native timestamps take precedence over narrative provider reply timing. Exact-base red: selected test fails at runtimeLayer.test.ts:4962, assert.notEqual(wake.queueHeld, true), actual true, exit 1. Exact-head rerun: same selected test passes, exit 0 (1 pass, 86 skipped). Full SHAs and command captured before/after each run. Fresh exact-head automated controls: 6 pass, 56 skipped, exit 0: - Stop holds a provider wake that queues before the stopped turn ends. - holds a message queued during setup when the workspace preparation fails / is interrupted. - holds a message queued during setup that arrives after the setup failed / interrupted. - delivers a message_text wake as a real prompt, not a buffered wake. The exact-head runtimeLayer test also asserts server-owned fresh-text continuation stays held while the provider wake starts and original held user work stays identical. These are controlled service/integration tests, not native Stop race, native Codex command-completion/release, or native worktree verification. Existing CodexAdapterV2 message_text assertion near line 4955 covers native child completion, not the changed commandExecution offer path; no direct commandExecution delivery assertion claimed. Existing aggregate logs: tests.log 257 pass + tests-extra.log 52 pass = 309 scoped passes. check-changed.log reports 269 passes plus format/lint/GraphQL/typecheck/knip success (lint warnings present). Counts overlap; do not add them. Existing logs lack immutable start/end HEAD and check-changed reports files changed during run; retain as supplementary validation, not newly SHA-bound verification. ## Limits and FRICTION FRICTION runtime|Supplied transcript is extracted native events plus final projections, not complete ordered orchestration events|Do not claim all intermediate queue states or precisely-once event counts from snapshot alone.
