Started: vp run dev; server port 15311, web port 7271. Paired Browser panel.
Attempt 1: real web client, parent Codex gpt-6-astra, delegate_task mode wait, child Codex gpt-6.1-sol.
Attempt 2: same web client, delegate_task mode async, child Codex gpt-6.1-sol; parent ended turn and received completion wake.
Both children lacked watch_pull_request and unwatch_pull_request. No watch was started.
The reported interim -> PR-watch wake -> final sequence cannot be initiated through these child tools on current main.
Limit: same-environment delegation; no linked-environment or pre-existing legacy watch replay.
Child self-description as primary agent is incorrect; these records are app-owned delegated tasks.
