This supersedes the original evidence index's statement that streaming exact-limit acceptance was only source-inspected.
The existing streaming test now executes a newer transcript with exactly 100,001 records and an older transcript with exactly 100,000 records; it asserts Skipped then Importable. The aggregate four-session regression is unchanged.
The primary final-head scanner test run passed all 54 tests. Targeted lint of both changed files and diff whitespace checks passed.
Final proof audit independently read the completed test log, counted fixtures, checked read-only persistence and implementation identity; verdict SUFFICIENT. Visual matrix is empty; no render or pixel capture rebuild required.
Scanner blob is identical at the runtime-proof revision and final head: 758c13ecd6d6a4e5836bd02c75dc316052ec1ad1. Only test coverage and the merge of current main followed the real-app runtime evidence. Fresh first import at the runtime-proof revision discovered and imported all four fixture sessions without retry, and all persisted.
Server typecheck was stopped under VM memory pressure; no typecheck success is claimed.
