UI-to-tool edits, clears/resets/inheritance, disabled providers, workspace fallback, autoPull runtime, stale aggregate/restart, failure boundaries, concurrency and read variants remain subject to matrix and focused harness evidence. No universal cross-store atomicity claim.

## Changes and friction

No implementation edits, commits, fixture scripts, forge CLI commands or forge writes. Clean final head verified. Isolated fixture gained repro/14991-final worktree and its completed probe thread; existing Codex thread gained evidence turn. Same setup/model values re-saved through real app tool. No manual setup executed. No processes launched/stopped. T3 PR registration performed for both specified PRs as required by harness.

Root disk first check: 5.8GB available, 81% used. Backend temporarily absent, splash and auth failures observed; returned independently at 13:29:47. Default profile cookie did not pair this tab. Documented pair CLI minted a one-time credential; navigation alone did not complete pairing, input submission succeeded. No credentials included in uploaded artifacts. At 390px the project scope sentence clips horizontally at page top; unrelated server-only change cannot be assigned causality from this pass. Screenshots use scroll position exposing relevant model/actions. Exact baseline four-way pairs unavailable within budget.
