Issue 24549 after-fix runtime verification

Same environment and proxy.cjs as runtime-before.txt: real web dev server, Linux fs-06, browser 1280x800 light, OpenCode 2.1.2, anthropic/claude-haiku-5-5.
After source watch restart loaded implementation:
- Completed Reply hello. Do not use tools. on source thread e4471fc5-fa2b-4da6-9aec-538a1562525a.
- Sent Run sleep 60 in shell then reply done. Do not edit files.
- Waited for Running sleep. Clicked Stop generation, forked most recent prior assistant hello.
- Proxy dropped session.execution.interrupted at 2026-10-24T21:45:22.197Z through .201Z (7 subscribed streams, including health probes). All other provider responses/events forwarded unchanged.
- Fork created thread 9208482a-3b0e-4838-b4f5-009926df5e58. Navigation briefly made editor noneditable; retried type after navigation settled.
- Sent Reply fork works. at 21:45 UTC.
- Result: assistant replied fork works; thread Done; lineage source Stopped. No Cannot fork protocol error.
- Same changed guard retains rollback background-work refusal; full 80-test adapter suite includes rollback behavior coverage and the negative case where OpenCode still reports interrupted source running.
No rendering implementation changed; no visual matrix or screenshot diff claim.
