# Evidence index — compressed Codex rollout import

Issue [#21755](https://git.cafe/pingdotgg/t3code/issues/21755). Final head [6053165ce2](https://git.cafe/pingdotgg/t3code/commit/6053165ce2bb536cf9bd957809c398bd12b41ad7), merged origin/main [b5a226e49c](https://git.cafe/pingdotgg/t3code/commit/b5a226e49c52ecab4ddc2d678a7012d97e651a6a). No PR open at evidence capture.

Red at [23ab0127fd](https://git.cafe/pingdotgg/t3code/commit/23ab0127fdfb3497bd06037b5e5a59c41760c078): 2 failed / 53 passed, exit 1. This revision is base [70e5e384da](https://git.cafe/pingdotgg/t3code/commit/70e5e384dab96a1d1e4a253ee5a9415ed5d8ce30) plus regression tests only; scanner blob matches base. Both compressed discovery and history import return an empty array instead of the expected data.

Green at final head: 55/55 passed, exit 0. Exact command for both: `vp test run apps/server/src/project/AgentSessionScanner.test.ts`. Only the focused scanner suite ran; no broad typecheck. Red used installed modules in a detached throwaway worktree; that worktree was removed. Active checkout was not edited.

Primary's integrated app run: baseline plain project visible/imported, compressed-only project absent; plain decompression workaround made compressed project discoverable. Workaround removed before after verification. After at [1b9d71afe4](https://git.cafe/pingdotgg/t3code/commit/1b9d71afe4eddd753566974945b61a0dab1bbb2e), compressed project count 1 is visible and importing it shows expected user and assistant history; plain project remains count 1. Scanner implementation and tests are byte-identical between that app-verified revision and final head. Changes pulled from main concern unrelated assets/media/path handling and merge messages; they were not independently app-verified here.

## Proof scope and limitations

[Proof audit](https://gh-file-drop-api-prod-mi5fy3sowv63ufte.pinglabs.workers.dev/f/f77b5259776f9966/issue-21755-proof-audit-pass-1.md) grants server-only exception: visual matrix empty (0 rows), viewport/theme matrix empty, recordings not required. No rendering code changed in the fix. Existing lists receive newly discovered data; counts/history are behavioral outcomes. Other seeded threads, settled counts and clock drift in screenshots are supplemental context, not pixel proof.

Runtime: Linux x86_64, Chrome 154, local Node web dev app. Desktop/Electron on macOS unverified; no claims for Windows, mobile, other browsers, remote/relay/tunnel or multi-environment operation. Fixtures are synthetic Codex-format zstd frames, not a real long-lived account. Import requires no provider account: the warning concerns starting future turns; no turn was submitted. Dedicated compressed corruption/truncation, expanded-size limits and fallback-ID tests remain coverage gaps described in the audit.
