Main: a12d6ed942; Linux x86_64; real Vite web app 1280x800; Codex CLI 0.163.0, gpt-6.1-sol, low, full-access.
Isolated worktree dev server, copied stopped-state database, new empty project.
Attempt 1: native spawn, helper sleep 90 then NATIVE_CHILD_DONE_16900, parent final PARENT_ENDED_16900 without wait_agent.
Parent ended 22:56:36.455 UTC, child finished 22:58:10 UTC. At 22:58:30 there was still only parent run 1.
Manual recovery at 22:59:08: parent retrieved NATIVE_CHILD_DONE_16900, proving result availability.
Attempt 2: existing conversation, two native children sleep 20, parent ends immediately. No automatic wake after both results.
