# PARTIAL final-merge evidence index

Startup HEAD and explicit-pin merge-base verified. No fetch/ref chasing. No older traces reused or relabelled. Nine-file server-only effective diff; new baseline excludes main merge changes. No tracked implementation edits.

Status:8/54 verified selected captures;46 missing. This is NOT a complete final evidence refresh. Captures for corrected HTTP, pagination, closed/open B and full native core rerun on both exact pins. Missing both pins: core-isolated, single-turn, explicit-variants, reconnect, restart-cold, forge-variants, clock-turn, clock-coverage, coverage-empty-transition, mutation, batching26, batching101, coverage-null, coverage-alias, coverage-transport, coverage-null-data, coverage-timeout, coverage-primary, coverage-secondary, coverage-search-fail, coverage-fallback-fail, coverage-stale, coverage-expiry. Natural expiry attempts failed with SocketOpenError timeout waiting for open; isolated-core after failed with ping timeout; before isolated-core and after retry interrupted at budget. Failed/interrupted captures excluded from published selected data. Host load ~31 and recorded event-loop stalls up to79s. Remaining queued rows never completed. Prior proof pins are superseded and not substituted.

First-terminal-relative later terminals before20.142/35.903s, after16.320/32.078s. Three turns did not fit one30s window; do not claim they did. Main notification state changes and native latency/interleavings are reflected in raw counts/events. Own-PR line counts may lag30s (review B caveat). Missing isolated/clock rows prevent final-pin confirmation of those timing cases.

All selected rows use full production server, isolated homes, normal WebSocket RPC and real native Codex for core. GitHub listing HTTP is recorded synthetic fixtures, not live quota/index latency. All live rateLimit.cost fields null, simulated sidecar costs separate; unknown retry ordinal/ownership null. No overlapping captures summed as savings. No auth/credentials/permissions/modes/MCP/trust changes, browser, forge write/push/merge/delegation. Supplemental paired isolated service/provider compatibility11 records per pin is labelled harness evidence, not fullserver/live GHES integration. No live Forgejo CLI/GHES auth verification. Other native providers remain unverified. Empty-C immediate firstPR fallback is prior proof only; final-pin rerun missing.

Public semantic checker fix: assert-all-after defaults to published capture data only; local --local-cleanup opt-in requires owned-pid. No PID/controller files required for public semantic checks. Full all-after check cannot pass on this partial archive because46 captures are missing; replay selected8 with explicit arguments below. Negative controls reject old503-success-data and empty continuation.

Source exports verified against tracked Git blobs; manifest and source-export-verification.ndjson carry exact hashes. Archives exclude homes,secrets,sourceexports,node_modules,public-config,tickets,cookies,owned-pid. Local cleanup evidence remains local. Fresh independent parent audit/replay pending; this partial bundle does not grant merge approval.

Counts:8 selected captures,489 fixture HTTP attempts,264 normalized deliveries including4 direct summaries.2482 tracked export blobs independently verified per pin. Sanitized transcript archive extracted and all8 selected semantic assertions plus2 negative controls passed without unpublished PID files. Complete all-after semantic suite remains unverified because46 captures missing.

Driver archive README includes independent source export/setup/replay instructions. All source exports, homes, node_modules, secrets, cookies, tickets, public-config and owned-pid files excluded. Local scripts/captures: `/tmp/takeover-20093/final-refresh`; selected public raw traces: `publish/captures`. All recorded owned server PIDs verified exited before archiving.
