1. fixture-25845.sh <checkout>/.t3 <scratch>/repo   (synthetic repo + linked worktrees; mtimes 3h back)
2. Pair the browser with the dev server's pairingUrl.
3. Sidebar "Add project" > Local folder > <scratch>/repo > Enter.
4. Settings > Worktrees > turn on "Delete worktrees with deleted threads".
5. Settings > Maintenance > Delete now; expand "Last run"; capture at 1280x800.
