Issue 14691 host-side reproduction, 2026-10-22 UTC Machine: fs-29, Linux x86_64 Main commit: 8d3b061121 Runtime: vp run dev --no-seed; two vp run dev:server --no-seed instances. Three isolated T3 homes in issue worktree; loopback ports 14241,14242,14243. No live user data or provider sessions used. Pair all three using their one-time startup credentials and OAuth token exchange. GET /api/orchestration/shell, authenticated, x-t3-orchestration-protocol: 2: A returned in 15ms; B 13ms; C 12ms. Create project B via POST /api/projects/mutate. Create stopped thread B through real /ws Effect RPC orchestration.dispatchCommand. Rename B via thread.metadata.update, then concurrently read B and C shells. Local HTTP proxy on port14244 delays C shell response only. Actual script stdout: main runtime: three independent isolated servers, protocol 2 {"CdelayMs":0,"environment":"B","returnedMs":36,"title":"v-delay-0"} {"CdelayMs":0,"environment":"C","returnedMs":47} {"CdelayMs":4500,"environment":"B","returnedMs":20,"title":"v-delay-4500"} {"CdelayMs":4500,"environment":"C","returnedMs":4534} {"CdelayMs":6500,"environment":"B","returnedMs":27,"title":"v-delay-6500"} {"CdelayMs":6500,"environment":"C","returnedMs":6520} Scope: this demonstrates host independence and that renamed B data is available while C remains pending. It does NOT execute SwiftUI or demonstrate its display latency, poll scheduling, client timeout, or a before/after fix result. No Xcode/iOS SDK or Swift compiler exists on this Linux VM. All three servers and the proxy were stopped after the run.
