# Final-head runtime evidence

Actual clean head [68e33d0f7c](https://git.cafe/pingdotgg/t3code/commit/68e33d0f7ca19b17bc1ba0ec3a9a1dfd21e0b9fd), branch `fix/issue-17674`, `/home/ubuntu/wt/pr-23469`. Verified again after capture, no application source changes. Captured 2026-10-22 UTC with T3 collaborative Chromium, using lead-owned existing server16623/web8583. No second dev server, provider run, PR mutation, watch or check polling. Lead retains shutdown ownership. Sandbox fixture repositories and stopped threads only; existing copied threads were not operated.

## Findings and row status

**Confirmed failure:** Collapse all in lazy mode followed by same-scope refresh to full mode reopens the second same-path addition block of a regular-file-to-symlink replacement. Deletion and unique neighbor stay folded. Actual review responses, no checkpoint stubs, no fabricated diff. The M2 unique-path transition passes; this additional duplicate-path transition fails.

## Provenance and response metadata

Vite PID602317 cwd `/home/ubuntu/wt/pr-23469/apps/web`, start10:13:28; server PID603841 cwd sibling apps/server, start10:13:35. Endpoint tied to these port owners. `provenance.json` records source-map original source SHA-256 matching clean-head Git blobs for both changed production modules; independent browser fetch matched actual served module bytes/hashes. Browser performance resource entries had aged out, so these are endpoint/source-map attestations, not initial-load network attestations.

`responses.json` contains199 recorded responses, with phase/input, source patch UTF-8 byte count/SHA256/truncated/path metadata and received/released performance.now. Counts describe diff payload text, not whole WebSocket envelopes. Setup logs are retained but excluded from claims. `states.json` records27 DOM/store observations; reproduction document names excluded attempts. M1-final and M4-branch-range each have one preview and25settled per-file responses. No patch response is substituted for M1/M2/M3/M4 or bot failure. HARNESS holds delivery only; it is not a latency/performance benchmark.

CSS viewport1440×900,DPR2; screenshot raster1280×800, recordings2880×1800. Source metadata discloses this mismatch; no new pixel equality/FPS claims. Earlier theme/grid/before evidence remains historical with its original attribution, not relabelled final-head. M2video tail includes an excluded mistaken tree click; M5 source has setup idle time. All selected images and videos below are public generated-fixture assets. Source artifact paths, fixture seeds/generator/results, raw states/responses, provenance and timing are in sidecars. Scratch retained for independent auditor.

## FRICTION and checks

Supplied browser tab was absent; opened same-profile tab. Initial bare pair command resolved another home and minted an unused token; corrected to explicit sandbox --base-dir. Tokens/auth/history excluded from public files. Warm-cache M1 setup was replaced with changed-hash final run. Generic text locator opened file tab instead of tree reveal; corrected scoped tree locator. First checkpoint harness omitted fullThreadDiff and displayed an error; corrected both methods. Wrong mixed-state global button produced a timeout; selected later successful state/trim is labelled. All browser overrides restored, held responses released, no extra process left running. Fixture-only Git commits are data generation required by matrix M4; application checkout remains clean and unchanged.

Checks: lead-reported35success,0pending; not independently refreshed or polled. PR remains registered without watching. No source changes, application commits/pushes, PR comments/body edits or merges. Evidence produced with test-t3-app and uploaded with ghdrop. Model/harness: GPT-6.1-Sol through Codex.
