Linux child-process stand-ins, actual DesktopShellEnvironment service; platform set to win32.
Baseline source origin/main1451e7cb23, head merged original + implementation cleanup.
Each profile command launches a Node child that never exits; no-profile command emits environment markers.
Fallback scenario makes pwsh profile spawn fail immediately then lets powershell profile emit PATH.
No native Windows or PowerShell execution or full Electron startup measured.
