# PASS3 row matrix

Audit of [#19687](https://git.cafe/pingdotgg/t3code/pulls/19687) at [271e7b6f](https://github.com/pingdotgg/t3code/commit/271e7b6f110b5817e70bba16c46a91b2475ccf09). Scope: observable web policy, with disclosed synthetic fixtures. These results close the PASS2 missing rows.

P2–P5 use the same detached completed source: zero sessions; active source association retained; nativeThreadRef null. Source creation/completion and detach are event-backed; native-ref removal is a stopped-server projection fixture. Selections are composer drafts, not additional target sends.

Carried forward from [PASS2](https://gh-file-drop-api-prod-mi5fy3sowv63ufte.pinglabs.workers.dev/f/54f44bcec351710d/audit.md): P1 pointer/search, H actual target transport delivery, seeded 1440/390 light/dark pairs, S missing-source UI control, and independent artifact rebuild. Not independently repeated here. Empty/imported exceptions and source association remain in the helper. Cancelled-only history is not a blocked-case requirement.

Native mobile/Device-off and Electron shell/default desktop shortcuts remain unverified, accepted scope limits. No claim of real subscription model execution, capability negotiation, or all provider/state cross-products.
