Baseline provenance remains lead supplied; no missing Before cell is promoted to complete. ## Runtime findings - R1 supplied primary video and whitelist transcript: fresh UI registration issue-7568-repro / usernameubuntu / empty port. Connected at24570, off/config+listener24571/on Connected, then off/config+listener24572/on Connected. Same saved alias/alias/ubuntu/null target, connectionId, environmentId92afd85f-af25-4658-b72f-2960efbb26ce and routeCount1 throughout. Transcript timestamps13:49:00–13:49:22 UTC. Recording inspected with r1-timeline.png. Earlier backend15477 is visible: use as runtime proof, not matched-backend pixel proof. - R2 this phase: actual Routes→Add route→SSH, discovered issue-7568-discovered selected by pointer with both fields empty. Video r2-discovery.webm inspected via r2-timeline.png: ~0s Routes, ~5s SSH dialog, ~10–15s suggestion and blank fields, ~20s Adding still blank, ~25s route result. UTC13:51:47 initial whitelist inspection,13:51:54 changed-port inspection. Config and fixture listener24570→24571, real switch off/on; direct ensure/descriptor confirms discovered alias targetalias/alias/null/null resolves24571, same ID/environment, no new route from reconnect (count2 before/after). Primary route stays preferred; descriptor call independently exercises discovered route. No claim that the active-route subtitle selected the discovered route. - R3 actual UI selection variants in four V2 recordings, timestamped every action in capture.log. Username-only1440light: config nonexistent user, typedubuntu, blankport. Port-only1440dark: config24579 unused, typed24571, blankusername. Both390light: config nonexistentuser/24579, typedubuntu/24571. Blank390dark: configubuntu/24571. After selections, r3-runtime.txt records saved tuples, IDs and real ensure/descriptor success. r3-runtime.sh changes config defaults to another nonexistentuser/24578, explicitly disconnects each long-alias fixture target through desktop IPC, reconnects and records same saved intent/IDs with effectiveubuntu/24571. Direct IPC is not represented as UI selection. Each cell is representative; neither before nor after claims both blank and explicit variants in every cell. V1 supplemental matrix re-submits the existing primary alias through Add environment (dedup), after other fixture routes are removed; fresh registration proof is supplied R1. It is not four independent fresh environments. No full paired V1 matrix claim. CSS viewport1440/390×900, DPR1, light/dark media + root class/colorScheme, reduced-motion, fonts.ready; Electron, not native mobile. All interactions have UTC action timestamps in capture.log, comparable.log, v1-capture.log and the drivers. Recordings contain no audio; these logs are the narration timeline. Times relative to each recording are obtained by subtracting its record-start timestamp. ffprobe durations and SHA256 for artifacts in inventory.json. Pairs use a requested500ms wait plus CLI overhead. pixel-analysis.json gives exact dimensions and strict equality for every a/b pair; caret differences remain failures. No claim of universal strict settlement. All frames, recordings and scripts are uploaded, including failures/gaps. ## Comparison interpretation comparable-discovery frames deliberately match baseline query`issue`, sole suggestionissue-7568-discovered, blank override values, viewport/theme and dialog state. Full-frame background state differs and translucent dialog content inherits those differences: NO full-frame or dialog-wide diffs are published. Only the matching query+suggestion controls are compared, with unscaled crops: wide(361,489,1079,567), narrow(24,653,366,735). Before/After crops are included alongside diffs so the comparison is reviewable. No alignment/color correction. Zero-threshold diffs amplified8×; separate binary threshold uses max RGB-channel delta>16/255. Counts, crops and bboxes in pixel-analysis.json. Caret and subthreshold pixels can differ; threshold is declared, not an acceptance threshold. R1 before failure vs after success and differing typed V2 variants are NOT used for pixel diffs. ## FRICTION / unresolved gaps Baseline V1 lacks3 cells and baseline narrow picker pairs had caret movement; failure pairs had changing countdowns. R1 primary backend differs from matching visual backend; this is disclosed. Original specification asks each V2 cell to include blank and typed variants; supplied reduced representative set does not fulfill that stronger per-cell requirement. No raw SSH argv interception or credential-store/token dump; effective resolved targets and successful fixture descriptor reads are the allowlisted runtime evidence. Native web/mobile SSH execution is not claimed. Focused unit tests belong to lead; this evidence capture runs none. Recovery note: comparison setup initially hit the actual Remove-route confirmation dialog. comparable.log preserves the failed second locator at13:56:29UTC; Confirm was clicked at~13:56:40, then the remaining removals include explicit Confirm actions. No source or catalog seeding was used. r3-config-defaults.json is an actual allowlisted ssh-G read at13:56:31 showing conflicting defaults after the second change. Comparison narrowing: initial full/dialog trial diffs exposed background/translucency influence. Those trial artifacts were deleted and are not uploaded. Published diffs cover only the matching query and suggestion controls, with input-state matched crops. No claim of pixel-perfect full dialogs or complete visual regression coverage. Additional FRICTION: long shell wrapper ended143 after comparison captures, and two background V1 driver launches did not survive their shell. They produced no V1 recordings; V1 was restarted in a retained exec session. No T3/Electron process was started or stopped. Configuration backup was explicitly restored afterward. Wide V1 result pairs differ because the success notification disappears between screenshots; those pairs FAIL strict settlement, despite both recordings showing the final Connected label. No timer/caret mismatch is silently accepted. ## Final observed coverage / settlement All four After V1 supplemental and all four After V2 recordings completed and were visually inspected through timelines plus native frames. V1 durations1440light38.633s,1440dark40.500s,390light35.733s,390dark33.866s. V2 durations1440light50.933s,1440dark49.033s,390light50.466s,390dark44.800s. Supplied R1primary82s; R2discovery28.266s. See inventory.json for hashes/probes. 24 a/b frame pairs inspected programmatically:15 strict pixel-identical,9 fail. All four V2 result pairs and all four V2 discovery pairs pass. Failures: comparable1440dark caret; V2 fields1440light/390dark caret; V1 fields1440dark/390light caret; all four V1 result pairs changing success toast. Pixel-analysis records exact bboxes. Do NOT call all frames settled or the full requested matrix complete. Before V1 still missing3 cells; V2 per-cell blank+typed dual-case requirement remains reduced representative coverage. No full-frame visual-diff claim. Final state and exact fixture configuration: FINAL-STATE.md, final-fixture.json, final-catalog.json and final-listener.txt. Fixture listener24571, primary repro routeConnected, only1 saved profile. Long aliases retain intentionally wrong R3 defaults. No own T3/Electron processes; agent-browser named session remains attached for parent audit. Parent-owned processes untouched. Upload FRICTION: bulk individual upload rejected an empty finish.log; no success was assumed. The complete bundle below includes all artifacts and drivers; previously successful individual links remain in UPLOADS.md. Empty diagnostic log is harmless in the archive. The final bundle is the authoritative full asset set.
