Fixture recipe and capture driver notes

No direct SQL seeding was performed. Install locked dependencies in the temporary detached worktree with vp i --frozen-lockfile -- --yes. Start vp run dev --home-dir /tmp/t3-evidence-23757-home --no-seed. The server creates an ordinary server project and stopped empty thread. Pair through the native preview startup URL. Ctrl+Alt+N creates the scratch draft and its record without starting an agent turn.

Ctrl+K > Project settings opens the scratch settings. Set Project name to None and press Enter. Choose a project icon > input[aria-label='Search Lucide icons'] info > button[aria-label='Info'] > Gray > Save icon. Back returns to draft. Ctrl+K > New thread in... opens the affected submenu. Repeat with title Scratchpad for the search row. Search Scratchpad in that submenu and press Enter.

For record-absent fallback, remove the synthetic scratch project via Settings > Remove project > Confirm, return to ordinary server draft, open the submenu without selecting scratch. This is a UI fixture mutation only; it does not delete files or run an agent.

Use native preview_resize to 1440x900 and 390x900 and preview_set_appearance light/dark. After document.fonts.ready, freeze Date construction/Date.now to 1792875600000, suppress animations/transitions/carets using an injected style. Save two native preview snapshots at least 500ms apart. This session did not establish actual reduced-motion preference or instrument network idle; see report limitations.

Stop the retained dev session before checking out another exact commit. Use the same isolated home and browser state. All captures are listed in captures.json. process.py copies raw screenshots, generates labeled pairs, zero-threshold and 8x RGB diff images, and metrics.json. It does not mask or realign pixels. Snapshot source paths are tool-owned files and must be present to rerun the processor. No credentials or pairing URLs are included in this recipe.
