# Read-only proof audit PASS2

## Findings

No blocking missing or contradicted proof rows for the authorized server-only code-path fallback. Full supplied matrix, index, raw red and green logs were read; the matrix's older before report and runtime log were also downloaded and read in full. The complete three-file diff and surrounding resolution/commit code match the claims.

No edits, pushes, comments, children, browser, or server launches.

The raw red identifies [2bcb5517dc](https://git.cafe/pingdotgg/t3code/commit/2bcb5517dce68f352479e71f3e51c072e2170c3d). Git confirms its parent is the exact baseline and its only change is the 98-line regression-test addition. The test file is identical at red and green. Both published runs use `vp test run apps/server/src/orchestration-v2/DelegatedCompletionDelivery.test.ts -t 'settled between' --reporter=verbose`, with cwd, full HEAD, UTC, and subprocess status. Red: exit 1, two failures at the final deep-equality assertion, 28 filtered skips. Green: exit 0, two passes, 28 filtered skips. The raw red reaches past `assert.isTrue(settled)` and shows failed reverted to running with null completedAt, and completed reverted to waiting with null completedAt/checkpointId. These are the bug's observable persisted-state failures, not setup failures.

This executes real Orchestrator/EventSink/projection runtime in a test harness with in-memory SQLite. The commit spy calls the original sink for both inserted settlement and acknowledgement. Final projections assert status, completedAt and checkpointId; there is no independent full payload/event-log dump. The sink rereads only the selected parent run inside commitThenPublish's SQL transaction before append/projection/publication, replacing delegatedCompletion while retaining current other fields. No actual provider, MCP transport, checkpoint capture, live server or browser replay is demonstrated. Stop and queue recovery are not separately claimed. Historical red was inspected rather than independently rerun in this read-only pass. The pass-1 full-file 30-pass claim is consistent with the file but this pass independently reran only the two affected regressions.
