# Recovered evidence for issue 25000

Recovered on 2026-10-26 from retained T3 tool outputs after original /tmp artifacts and isolated .t3 database were deleted. No source edits, new test/runtime execution, browser, server, delegate, push, or PR in this recovery. Current checkout confirmed clean at exact head. These are historical logs, not freshly rerun results.

Raw output recovered from reproduce-test step activity position 65: 1 failed, 28 skipped; actual waiting, expected completed at line 737, after delivered assertion passed. The test forces checkpoint completion between acceptance planning and commit. This raw run preceded the test-only commit.

transcript.py is recovered verbatim. runtime-prompts.txt retains original browser-submitted prompts as the repro driver. No standalone automated driver existed.

Runtime transcript recovered verbatim from prior evidence step activity position 4. That step compared it exactly against SQLite mode=ro before deletion. Audit pass 1 independently checked the same milestones. Runtime used Codex CLI 0.163.0, gpt-6.1-sol full access, Linux fs-19, real Vite client and shared Chromium.

## Results and limits

Run 7 completed/checkpointed 21:43:00.138 while sleep45 remained outstanding. Child completed 21:43:18.003. Delivery reached delivered 21:43:23.379, retaining run 7 completedAt and checkpoint presence. Manual follow-up run 9 completed 21:43:30.036; late command completed 21:43:36.518; notification run 10 completed 21:43:39.052. Final parent runs 7–10 and child run 1 all completed with checkpoints.

Late-command-only settled on main. Earlier base/delegation attempts had dev-watcher restarts and are excluded from successful integrated proof. Final stable attempt had no reported restart. The deterministic test establishes the persistence race; the integrated runtime establishes healthy head behavior. Exact incident causality remains unconfirmed. The extractor records checkpoint presence, not checkpoint IDs; the regression asserts exact checkpoint ID preservation. Deleted database cannot be revalidated now.
