## Attempted browser prerequisites

preview_status returned available:false. preview_open(reuseExistingTab:false, profileId:incognito) succeeded and created this run’s own tab. preview_evaluate reported Chrome/154.0.0.0 on Linux x86_64, viewport 1280×800 CSS, devicePixelRatio:2. No device emulation configured. Font scaling, fonts, reduced motion and network settlement were not established because no product checkpoint was attempted.

Process listing showed browser PID 2520625 running chrome-headless-shell with --headless and --force-device-scale-factor=2; child GPU/renderer arguments included --ozone-platform=headless. No X11 socket was listed. Direct /proc cmdline parsing unexpectedly returned no matching launch flags, so that parsing is not relied upon; process-list arguments, browser-evaluated DPR, and source launch settings are the evidence.

The available T3 preview browser is headless; starting an empty Xvfb would not put that browser’s rendered page on it. No preview recorder, screenshot slideshow, or synthetic recording was substituted.

Required prerequisite: a controllable headed browser on Xvfb with DPR 1, with an authorized browser workflow for it. test-t3-app/SKILL.md explicitly says “Do not install or switch to another automation system.” The current preview did not fail, so the developer fallback condition for replacing a working preview also was not met. No production launch code was edited to bypass these constraints.
