# Runtime evidence for issue 13239

Captured 2026-10-22 on fs-15, Linux x86_64, kernel 6.1.102, glibc 2.39. Actual Node 26.12.1 for script runs and native SEA builds. Package/CLI version 0.1.1 on both revisions. Visual matrix: []. All 14 required CLI rows captured: base/head preflight protocols 1,2,3 (6); base/head service install/update for script and genuine standalone execution (8). All exited 0, stderr empty. Protocols 1/2 retain blocked status with the expanded recovery reason at head; protocol 3 is identical ready JSON. Head no-op logs name the script or executable, and update preserves its deprecation notice. Full output is reproduced below, not generated expected text.

Before no-op execution: real BootService.make status returned installed=true, current=true, problems=[]; the exact CLI artifact also displayed current installed status. The synthetic unit was never loaded in systemd: current combines isolated filesystem predicates with real read-only manager probes. This is no-op evidence, not installation or synthetic-service execution evidence. All 8 no-op fixture SHA-256 maps stayed identical. Traces contain only CLI startup plus systemctl --user show-environment/is-enabled/is-active and loginctl show-user --property=Linger --value; show-environment output was never published. No install/start/restart/stop/enable/reload/download/handoff child command was invoked. CLI subcommands named install/update are intentional; BootService.install was not called.

Command-local inputs for every capture: HOME=/tmp/issue13239-evidence-ink02873/capture/home; T3CODE_HOME=/tmp/issue13239-evidence-ink02873/capture/t3; EVIDENCE_ROOT=/tmp/issue13239-evidence-ink02873. T3CODE_NPM_LAUNCHER_PATH removed. PATH inherited unchanged; its SHA-256 appears below. Database path intentionally missing and remains absent. No live HOME configuration or live T3 data was used by these final captures. Source copies came from git archive; recorded source hashes were checked against exact git objects. Shared dependency links use the task checkout; no shared package changed between revisions.

Required runtime rows left unverified: none. Scope limits: npm-launcher/release archive installation, actual service repair/restart and desktop update were not exercised. Printed recovery advice was not executed. The reason literally prints `~/.local/bin/t3 service install`, not an expanded absolute pathname; this preserves the implementation output and qualifies the audit's phrase "absolute service install command". Prior test results (red 4 failures/4 passes, green 15/15, two reviewer approvals) are supplied context, not re-executed or newly audited here.

No source changes, fixture commits, forge writes, pushes, PRs, or merges. Only disposable source copies, build products, fixtures and evidence files were created. Build details and executable reconstruction are in the accompanying reproduction document. Preliminary wrapper attempts selected fallback Node 24.22.1 and were excluded from this final evidence.
