At 2026-10-26 08:28 UTC, submit `/goal Run this UI reproduction for 2 minutes. Immediately call update_plan with inspect in progress, implement pending, verify pending. Do not change files. Keep the goal active while waiting.` Wait for the persisted plan to appear as Tasks. The agent created that plan and kept running. Earlier provider-start failures visible in the timeline belong to previous turns; this fresh turn is running successfully.

Before: only the two changed components were temporarily loaded from main commit 572cf74275; server, provider and all other app files remained unchanged. With pointer in composer, DOM measured empty Peek text and height12px. Recording begins collapsed, hovers the Peek around2s, then moves away at the end. Goal status and objective appear only while hovering.

After: restore both components exactly from62f38ad75b in the same live thread via Vite HMR. DOM measured Peek text `Pursuing goal · 22k tokens`, height24px. Recording begins with pointer away, hovers the labelled strip around2s, then moves away at the end. The objective expands on hover and the label remains in the collapsed state. No goal or task state was fabricated.

Videos are complementary integration proof; their running clocks and sidebar counters are intentionally live and differ. They are not a pixel comparison. The deterministic labelled harness supplies matched pixels, themes, widths, and diffs. Complete-goal retention and native desktop shell remain unverified.
